The Groop Taps Tony Low as Chief Financial Officer

THE GROOP is pleased to announce the newest member of its executive team – Chief Financial Officer, Tony Low. In his new role as CFO, Tony will help the company manage its growth and financial strategy. Tony joins us from Control Room, a live music digital distribution company run by music philanthropist, Kevin Wall, and brings with him over 15 years of agency and media experience in finance and operations.

Before holding the post at THE GROOP, Tony has served as Chief Financial Officer for Control Room and for Herzog Cowen Entertainment, where he was also the Chief Operating Officer. As the CFO of Control Room, Tony ensured company profitability and oversaw human resources, accounting, and IT. At Herzog Cowan, he ran all aspects of the company’s business and launched its interactive marketing arm.

Tony also has an extensive interactive background, serving as the Director of Finance for AKQA, an interactive advertising agency, and Director of Business Affairs for the interactive arm of Saatchi & Saatchi.
